Nigar Fashion Heritage is a luxury fashion brand offering exclusive stitched, unstitched, bridal, semi-formal, customized, and made-to-order garments.

Because many pieces are handcrafted or customized, slight variation in finishing, embellishment placement, or presentation may occur as part of the making process.

Orders are confirmed once the required 50% advance payment has been received at checkout. Production begins only after confirmation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all entered details, including design choices, measurements, customization notes, delivery information, and contact details before placing the order.

Our standard production and delivery cycle is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. This estimate applies whether the order is for one dress or a larger quantity.

Complex custom work, bridal finishing, heavy embellishment, customer revisions, or logistics outside our control may affect the timeline.

A 50% advance payment is collected at checkout. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.

Orders may be delayed or held if the outstanding balance has not been cleared at the dispatch stage.

We offer free shipping nationwide across Pakistan and also ship internationally. International delivery may be affected by customs, destination procedures, and courier handling.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to destination, seasonal workload, or courier delays.

Because our orders are customized and made to order, refunds are not offered once work has begun. However, if there is a verified fault in the delivered order, we may offer fixing support after review.

Prices, fabric availability, embellishment availability, and design details may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue products, services, or design offerings where necessary.
