Custom work means a limited refund policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and work has started, because production, customization, fabric handling, and labor are reserved specifically for your order.

• The 50% advance payment taken at checkout is non-refundable once work begins.
• This policy applies to stitched, unstitched, bridal, semi-formal, customized, and made-to-order pieces.
• The policy applies whether the order is for one dress or a larger quantity.

While we do not offer refunds on customized orders, we do care about workmanship and finishing. If you believe there is a genuine fault in the delivered order, we may offer fixing or correction after review.

• The issue should be reported promptly after delivery.
• Photos or videos may be requested to help us review the concern.
• Support is limited to verified faults in stitching, finishing, or fulfillment.

We may not be able to offer fixing or any other remedy where the issue relates to:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect measurements, selections, or customization details provided by the customer
• Minor variation in tone, embellishment, or finish that can occur in handcrafted fashion work
• Damage after delivery, wear and tear, or third-party alteration

The remaining 50% payment must be completed before dispatch. Orders may be held until the final balance has been cleared.
