Because many Nigar pieces are made-to-order, customized, or prepared with special handling, return and exchange requests are reviewed under a limited policy.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a genuine issue with the delivered item, contact support promptly with your order number and supporting photos.
Requests are strongest when shared quickly after delivery and before the item is used, altered, washed, or worn.
Exchanges may be considered only in limited situations, such as a verified wrong item or a significant issue attributable to fulfillment. Availability of replacement pieces depends on stock, production timelines, and the nature of the order.
Customized, made-to-order, or specially prepared items are generally not eligible for standard exchange unless there is a confirmed fulfillment issue.
